CDI Senior Game Programmer H/F

At Shiro Games we have full control over our technical stack, including the open-source game engine Heaps and editor Hide, of which we are the main contributors. This allows us to ship ambitious games with small teams without overtime and without ever being blocked by third party technology. We are looking for an experienced game programmer to join our growing team of passionate developers on an exciting project.This role offers the opportunity to progressively take ownership of the project’s programming direction.

$What you will do Create, own and maintain game features from start to finish Gain a deep understanding of the game design and mechanics by working side-by-side with game designers Regularly refactor game systems to maintain a sane and flexible codebase Use rapid prototyping to test game design ideas Mentor other developers within the team and delegate tasks Become a major contributor to the overall quality and production process of the game
