  • General Infrastructure background at 3 Line level
  • Experience with all things On-Premise - Data Centres etc
  • Servers - Microsoft, HP and Dell
  • VMWare
  • WAN, LAN and WiFi
  • Meraki SD-Wan - very nice to have
  • Commvault / Veeam - very nice to have
  • Maintenance of Meeting Rooms (MTR’s) and a familiarity with Microsoft Teams - very nice to have, * Active Directory (Line)
