Job description
We are looking for a reliable and organised Fleet & Workshop Support Officer to provide administrative support to the fleet and workshop team. You will help keep daily operations running smoothly by managing enquiries, maintaining records, supporting purchasing activities, and assisting with general office tasks., Answer phone calls and emails, directing enquiries to the correct team members. Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining records. Update fleet and workshop databases, tracking systems, and reports. Support the team by coordinating workloads and following up on tasks.
Requirements
Previous administration experience in a busy office environment. Good communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. 4 GCSEs (Grade A-C or equivalent), including English and Maths, plus a CLAIT Certificate (or equivalent) and Basic Health & Safety Awareness Certificate. Full driving licence.
