ServiceNow Platform Developer

Position Summary: CTP, Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, integrations, and workflow automation. Travel to the Caribbean region will likely be required. Primary Responsibilities * Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows

• Implement integrations with external systems
• Customize ServiceNow UI and dashboards
• Automate business processes and workflows
• Support incident, case, and workflow management systems
• Provide Tier 3 platform support and troubleshooting
• Ensure platform performance and best practices compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions, Employment is subject to a satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background review. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs
• Experience with workflow automation and platform configuration

Preferred Qualifications: * ServiceNow certifications

• Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms
• Experience with cloud integrations
