Job description

If you are a problem-solver who enjoys helping people, troubleshooting technology, and keeping systems running smoothly, this could be the opportunity for you. As an IT Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting our dealership operations and employees across multiple locations.

You’ll work with everything from computers and networks to telecommunications, cybersecurity, and dealership-specific technology systems-helping ensure our teams have the technology and support they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees across multiple dealership locations
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and connectivity issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support
  • Assist with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity
  • Support network equipment, including switches, firewalls, and access points
  • Troubleshoot VoIP phone systems, including Zoom Phone
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and dealership applications
  • Assist with cybersecurity, endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, and security awareness
  • Support Dealer Management Systems (DMS), key management systems, inventory systems, and other dealership technology
  • Work with third-party technology vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Maintain IT inventory and equipment records
  • Document technical solutions and assist with creating IT procedures and user guides
  • Travel between dealership locations as needed to provide technical support

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT support experience
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Google Workspace, network troubleshooting, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
