Job description

  • Seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting, equipment deployment, software installation, inventory management, and end-user support.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have an Associate’s degree in Computer Science (Bachelor’s preferred), CompTIA A+ certification, strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access), and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be willing to travel using a personal vehicle and work flexible shifts, including weekends as needed.
  • Skills: Desktop Support, Technical Support, Hardware Troubleshooting, Software Installation, Windows, Microsoft Office, A+ Certification, End User Support, Inventory Management, Field Support.
