Job description

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
  • Perform equipment exchanges and inventory management.
  • Provide desktop and telecommunications support.
  • Train end users on supported hardware and software.
  • Travel locally using a personal vehicle to support multiple customer sites.
  • Resolve technical issues while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • CompTIA A+ Certification (Required).
  • Experience in desktop/technical support.
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work the assigned shift and travel locally using a personal vehicle.
