Job description

Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software. Perform equipment exchanges and maintain inventory records. Provide desktop and telecommunications support. Train end users on supported hardware and software. Travel locally using a personal vehicle to support multiple customer locations. Resolve technical issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Computer Science (Bachelor’s preferred). CompTIA A+ Certification (Required). 2+ years of desktop/technical support experience. Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and travel locally using a personal vehicle.
