Job description

This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to end users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals. Daily tasks include installing and configuring operating systems and applications, supporting network connectivity, and assisting with user account setup and access management. The role also involves collaborating with the broader IT team located in the italian HQ to maintain a secure and stable technology environment that supports manufacturing and office operations.

Requirements

Operating Systems Support & Administration: Windows
Network Fundamentals & Connectivity Troubleshooting: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
Microsoft 365 & User Account Management: Outlook, Active Directory, permissions.
Endpoint Setup & Device Management: PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices.
IT Service Management & Ticket Handling: incident resolution, escalation, documentation.
Basic Cybersecurity & Access Control: MFA, password policies, endpoint protection.
3+ years of experience in the role
