Job description

We are seeking an EHR Application Support Analyst to support the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The ideal candidate will have experience with EHR configuration, user support, testing, and healthcare application administration., * Configure and maintain EHR templates, orders, order sets, flowsheets, and lab orders.

Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access updates.
Perform system testing and validation after updates and report findings.
Provide end-user support and troubleshoot EHR issues.
Configure medication formularies, drug items, order checks, and medication order management.
Support implementation activities, including inventory setup and go-live preparation.
Create and update training materials, documentation, and instructional videos.
Maintain EHR configurations across multiple environments and organizations.

Requirements

Experience supporting or configuring an Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) system.
Knowledge of healthcare workflows and clinical applications.
Experience with user management, system configuration, and application support.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to perform system testing and documentation.
