Job description

  • Hands on Imaging a system
  • The knowledge of ServiceNow is mandatory.
  • Apple Machitosh 50% users
  • How to add computer to a domain
  • Network related Printer issues
  • Voice related meeting room issues, like no voice on the laptop for a user in meeting
  • TS issues like User Laptop is not powering on
  • TS issues like Connecting laptop or Desktop to Docking station and what TS can be done of not connected
  • What about SCCM
  • Knowledge of Active directory
  • Knowledge to TS Wi-Fi Connectivity issues
  • Hardware replacement of Desktop or Laptop motherboards, Cards and other accessories
  • You should be aware of the laptop/desktop models you have supported like Dell OptiPlex, Dell Latitude
  • Knowledge about Office 365
  • Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues
  • Rack & Stack
  • Migrations from Win 7 to Win 10 or 11
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems
  • TS Handheld mobile device by users
  • Knowledge about Routers and Switches
  • Parts shipping and ware house coordination

Rates Offered:

  • The rates offered are between 20$-26$Hr/Day, whenever the support is requested.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm local time

Requirements

Skillset: Must have Apple OS experience in addition to Windows. 50% of supported customer base uses Macintoshes.
