Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Analyst to join our IT Supply Chain team at TJX. This role is dedicated to supporting the TJX Corporate Home Office IT Supply Chain Engineering Common Services by analyzing and optimizing complex supply chain workflows. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive system improvements and project transparency. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and monitor supply chain processes using ServiceNow for requests, incidents, and tickets to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed project plans.
  • Utilize Atlassian Jira and Kanban boards to visualize workflows, prioritize tasks, and track overall progress toward project goals.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify performance trends and provide actionable recommendations for process optimization.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed project requirements, user stories, and process flows.
