IT Support Analyst

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all of our technology systems. This includes hardware, software, and network infrastructure., * Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by employees in a timely and efficient manner.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure the stability and security of our network.
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of technology systems.
• Manage user accounts and permissions for various systems.
• Monitor and maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with healthcare technology systems is a plus.
