Job description

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and clients. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT systems, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity., * Provide technical support to staff and clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and resolving network connectivity problems

  • Monitor and maintain the integrity and security of our IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases
  • Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems, including conducting research, testing, and training staff on new software and equipment
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures, including user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and system configurations
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, related to IT systems and security

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
  • Experience with network administration and troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other industry standards related to IT systems and security is a plus
