Service Desk Technician

Job Summary: Archon has partnered with a large healthcare system in Enid and is needing a Device Support Analyst for a 6 month contract., * Respond to customer trouble calls as prioritized by the Device Support Team Lead

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and peripheral equipment
• Troubleshoot network connectivity across multiple hardware platforms including AS400
• Manage trouble tickets following established procedures
• Identify, order, and maintain spare parts inventory
• Coordinate and schedule installations and modifications with customers
• Provide training to end users as needed
• Maintain inventory, documentation, and reporting tools to department standards

• Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree or 1 year experience or A+ or equivalent technical certification
• Experience with maintenance and/or setup of personal computers and peripheral equipment
• Knowledge of PCs, printers, and networking equipment
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and automobile insurance verification and good driving record for the past three years
