We are currently seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer for a Full-Time position., We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidates will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and solution quality

Core Requirements:

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Hands-on experience configuring and developing in ServiceNow, including form and field creation/updates (backend and/or App Engine Studio)
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model (tables, inheritance, dictionary attributes) and update sets
  • Experience with client-side and server-side scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules)
  • Experience designing and implementing Service Catalog solutions (Catalog Items, variables, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Builder/Service Portal/Workspaces)
  • Knowledge of users, groups, and roles
  • Experience creating, modifying, and troubleshooting ACLs
  • Experience using Flow Designer (approvals, task orchestration, etc.)
  • Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and quality practices
  • Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for troubleshooting, code review, documentation, and automation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or within cross-functional teams
  • Experience in requirements gathering, technical design discussions, and peer reviews
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (configurations, integrations, runbooks)

Preferred: ServiceNow application development experience in two or more of the following:

  • ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge Management)
  • SPM modules (Demand, Project Portfolio Management - PPM)
  • Integrations (REST APIs, Transform Maps, data import/export, Auth/JWT, MID Server, Integration Hub, error handling, monitoring)
  • CMDB configuration and development (tables/classes, relationships, IRE, data quality, governance)

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SDLC practices
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with technical teams
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience with Change/Configuration Management and ALM
  • Problem and risk management experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Playwright)
