Job description
This role isn’t just about managing systems - it’s about orchestrating the digital ecosystem that empowers people to do their best work. You’ll lead the charge across infrastructure, cybersecurity, end-user experience, vendor partnerships, and strategic IT initiatives, ensuring every location runs with seamless precision., · Manage and support IT infrastructure across multiple locations throughout Indiana and Kentucky, including networks, servers, storage, backups, and cloud services.
· Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security controls aligned with industry best practices.
· Lead IT projects from scoping through implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
· Oversee help desk operations, provide direct support for escalated issues, and improve end-user experience.
· Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and annual budgeting for hardware, software, and services.
· Ensure data protection, disaster recovery planning, and regular backups/test restores.
· Maintain Active Directory, user access governance, patch management, and endpoint security.
· Monitor and improve system performance, capacity planning, and incident response.
· Collaborate with department leaders to align IT with business goals and compliance requirements.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
· 3-5 years of IT management/leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site or distributed environment.
· Strong knowledge of network administration, server/storage virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Ubiquiti or equivalent), and security best practices.
· Experience with disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and data governance.
· Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
· Excellent communication, people management, and project management skills.
· Ability to travel (e.g., up to 20% of time).
