The Microsoft Worldwide Readiness Manager is responsible for driving the execution of continuous, year-round readiness across the global Master Trainer community, ensuring trainers and field teams are prepared for key business moments, product launches, and training milestones. This role supports readiness strategy while owning operational execution, milestone management, and reporting across programs. The position connects worldwide stakeholders, regional teams, Master Trainers, and cross-functional partners to translate readiness priorities into clear plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes. The Worldwide Readiness Manager drives readiness for major milestones including Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Events (2x yearly), product launches, Back to School, Holiday, and other readiness moments, while supporting Cycle Cascade, Certification, REP Tool inputs, Mystery Shop insights, and readiness visibility. This role strengthens global enablement execution today while building toward broader readiness ownership. Minimum Pay: USD $95,000.00/Yr. Maximum Pay: USD $100,000.00/Yr. What We Offer:

What You’ll Do:
- Own execution of worldwide readiness programs, translating strategy into operational plans, workbacks, milestones, communications, reporting, and follow-through
- Manage readiness across key milestones including Cycle moments, Train-the-Trainer Events, product launches, Back to School, Holiday, and off-cycle readiness moments
- Support end-to-end Train-the-Trainer (TTT) readiness including planning, coordination, certification alignment, cascade preparation, post-event recaps, and post-mortems
- Drive milestone management across all readiness phases (planning through post-event), ensuring timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables are tracked and executed
- Help drive Cascade and certification execution across Master Trainers and field roles, ensuring clarity, accountability, and completion across markets
- Support readiness systems and reporting including Cascade tracking, certification tracking, REP Tool inputs, training visibility, and Mystery Shop insights
- Monitor readiness health by tracking progress, risks, gaps, and field feedback, escalating issues and driving follow-up actions to ensure accountability
- Partner cross-functionally (Content, Storytelling Leads, Partner Training, regional teams) to ensure readiness materials, TTT assets, and certification resources are aligned and deployment-ready
- Consolidate readiness signals, performance data, and field insights into actionable recommendations to improve readiness execution and impact
- Maintain readiness resources, communications, trackers, and stakeholder updates while supporting continuous improvement and always-on readiness across the year
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, readiness, learning and development, enablement, training operations, or a related field
- Experience managing global or multi-region programs with complex stakeholders, milestones, and deliverables
- Experience supporting TTT programs, certification, cascade execution, launch readiness, or field enablement initiatives
- Experience translating strategy into executable plans, workbacks, reporting, and measurable outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally across content, training, regional leadership, field teams, and operations
- Experience with Powerpoint and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred, * Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and readiness milestones
- Ability to translate readiness strategy into clear execution plans with defined ownership, risks, and measurable progress
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across global, cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of training enablement, readiness operations, certification, cascade, and TTT models
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data (certification, REP Tool, Mystery Shop, field insights) into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail across reporting, documentation, and stakeholder updates
- Proven ability to drive accountability, surface risks, and continuously improve readiness processes at scale
- Ability to travel up to 5 percent domestic/international
