Job description

We are seeking a motivated Level One Help Desk IT Technician with a background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will reside within a 15-30 mile radius of Beaufort, SC, and be ready to provide exceptional technical support to our clients both remotely and during on-site visits as needed., * Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Perform on-site visits to clients for hands-on support when necessary.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with higher-level IT staff for escalated issues and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an IT support role, preferably within an MSP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work setting.
