Business Analyst - ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management)

• Analyze software asset management and software licensing processes.
• Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders.
• Support software compliance and optimization initiatives.
• Design and improve SAM-related workflows and reporting.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and platform capabilities.

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow SAM.
• Knowledge of software licensing, compliance, and software asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with data analysis and process improvement.
• Fluent German (C1) and English.
• EU-based location.
