IT Analyst- Servicenow

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and the ServiceNow platform. Key qualifications include: Strong experience with ServiceNow, including Software Asset Management and related platform capabilities. Comprehensive knowledge of Software Asset Management lifecycle processes, including: Software Products and Models Software Entitlements and License Management Software Contracts and Renewals License Reclamation and Optimization End-of-Life (EOL) Proficiency with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, including dashboard development, KPI reporting, trend analysis, and executive-level metrics. Ability to identify automation opportunities, streamline operational processes, and improve data quality and reporting accuracy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
