Data Analyst

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes utilizing SQL, Python, Talend, and Bash scripts to ensure high-quality data availability for analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into effective data models and visualizations.
• Conduct detailed analysis using Excel data analysis techniques and R programming to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within large datasets.
• Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by participating in project planning, testing, deployment, and documentation of analytics solutions.
• Optimize database design and query management within SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases to enhance system performance.
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that facilitate strategic decision-making through clear data visualization and storytelling.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role with a strong foundation in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent visualization platforms.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL databases including Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle; experience with query management is essential.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes using Talend, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), or similar tools for data integration tasks.
• Strong programming skills in R and Python for statistical analysis and automation of data workflows.
• Knowledge of database design principles and experience with data model design to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies for project management.
• Excellent analysis skills combined with business acumen to interpret complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive strategic actions.
• Ability to communicate technical findings effectively through dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for diverse audiences.
