• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other reporting platforms to visualize key performance indicators.
• Design scalable data models and databases with a focus on database design principles, optimizing query performance within SQL Server, Oracle, or Talend environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements through analysis skills and requirements analysis techniques, translating needs into technical specifications.
• Conduct software development lifecycle (SDLC) analysis to improve data workflows and ensure seamless integration across systems.
• Utilize programming languages such as Python, R, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate data processing tasks and enhance analytical capabilities.
• Support business intelligence initiatives by developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate strategic insights and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Agile project management practices to deliver iterative improvements and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.

• Proficiency in SQL query management, database design, and working with SQL databases including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of ETL processes using tools like Talend or custom scripting in Python or Bash for data extraction and transformation.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies for software development lifecycle analysis within analytics projects.
• Expertise in business intelligence concepts including dashboard development, reporting tools, and linked data integration.
• Advanced Excel data analysis skills combined with experience in dashboard development for comprehensive reporting solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets using data analytics tools while applying analysis skills to derive meaningful insights.
• Understanding of business analysis techniques to interpret requirements accurately and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with database management systems such as Oracle or SQL Server; knowledge of Visio for process mapping is a plus.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, R, VBA, Bash scripting along with familiarity with Looker or Power BI for visualization purposes.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle analysis ensures efficient project execution from conception through deployment.
• Effective project management skills paired with an ability to work within Agile teams foster collaboration and timely delivery of analytics solutions.
