This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment where your skills will make a tangible impact., * Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other reporting platforms to visualize key metrics and trends.

  • Design and optimize database structures, including SQL databases and data models, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval aligned with business needs.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using tools like Talend, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Python to support analytics projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, define project scope, and deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis using Excel data analysis techniques, R programming, and other analytics tools to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by analyzing requirements, testing solutions, and ensuring quality standards are met during project execution.
  • Manage query development and optimization within SQL Server, Oracle, or other SQL databases to facilitate accurate reporting and data retrieval.
  • Participate in agile project management practices to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining flexibility for evolving business needs.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including data flow diagrams in Visio or similar tools to ensure clarity in data processes and system architecture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for dashboard development and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for query management, database design, and data extraction from SQL Server or Oracle databases.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL processes using Talend or similar tools; familiarity with scripting languages like Python or VBA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies combined with experience in software development lifecycle analysis for analytics projects.
  • Ability to perform advanced Excel data analysis coupled with analysis skills in R or other statistical software.
  • Familiarity with database design principles and linked data concepts for integrating diverse datasets effectively.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills paired with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical solutions.
  • Experience working within Agile environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivering compelling presentations of insights.
