Scrum Master

Soccer Shots - Columbus is looking for a passionate and driven Scrum Master to join our growing team in Columbus, OH! In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind agile processes, empowering teams to deliver their best work while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping teams succeed, this is the opportunity for you!, * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective ceremonies

• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
• Identify and remove impediments that block team progress and delivery
• Track and communicate sprint velocity, team metrics, and project progress to stakeholders
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize a healthy product backlog
• Shield the team from external distractions and scope creep during sprints

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello
• Ability to build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams
• Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about servant leadership
