Analyse, Prblemdiagnose und Bewertung von Supportanfragen
Systemneuinstallationen, Konfiguratioen und Wartungsarbeiten
Identifizierung von Fehlern und Protokollierung

Requirements

Fundierte ICT Ausbildung (HTL, FH od. Universität)
Erfahrung mit Linuxsystemen (Debian)
Kenntnisse über VoIP (SIP/WebRTC) und Kommunikationsprotokolle SIP/RTP/RTCP
Erfahrung mit Docker
Gute Programmierkenntnisse mit langjähriger Erfahrung (Python)
Gesicherte Netzwerkkenntnisse
Fundierte KI-Kenntnisse (Gemini, Foundry, Mistral, etc)
Wünschenswerte Kenntnisse: FreeBSD, Java Script, Java, PHP, Batch)
