Requirements

10+ years of experience in digital, data, or technology-driven product roles Working experience in Pharmaceutical Industry Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including deviations, CAPA, audits, and change control Experience with GxP regulations and computerized system validation (CSV/CSA) Familiarity with industry tools (e.g. MasterControl, Veeva, TrackWise or similar) Proven experience in data-driven product development Strong understanding of data governance, data models, and data quality Experience with automation technologies (e.g. workflow automation, RPA, low-code platforms) Exposure to AI/ML use cases, ideally in regulated environments “Drive value and shape a strong Quality culture by leveraging data, digital solutions, and close collaboration across teams”.
