Requirements

‘6 to 12 years, including 3+ years as Scrum Master in cloud, digital, AI, contact center, or enterprise transformation programs. Agile / Scrum Skills

Strong experience as Scrum Master in Agile delivery projects. Good understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid Agile delivery models. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Ability to manage sprint planning, velocity, capacity, and delivery metrics. Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.

Domain / Project Experience

Experience working on cloud, AI, digital, or contact center transformation programs. Understanding of contact center platforms such as: Amazon Connect Genesys Cloud CX Cisco Avaya NICE CXone Familiarity with Conversational AI, voice bots, chatbots, IVR flows, and agent assist use cases. Awareness of GenAI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and knowledge base integration.’

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 119015 to 170000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
