• The Applications Engineer must collaborate in the implementation of new products and processes.
• Represent the company at industry related trade shows or other events outside of greater Saginaw, Michigan.
• Maintain a level of knowledge about industry trends and innovations through continuous education, reading industry journals, and other periodicals.

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology is strongly preferred for this position.
• Job experience designing machinery or other heavy equipment is strongly preferred.
• Job experience working with customers is strongly preferred
• Exceptional skill with Mastercam/AutoCAD/3D Modeling software.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, over the phone, in person, and through writing.
• Excellent computer skills, able to use Microsoft office programs, company design databases, and all design software.
• An attention to detail, comfortability managing projects with extended implementation timelines, able to remain focused throughout the process.
• Able to work effectively with personnel across departments, internally and externally.
