Transition Manager w/Secret Clearance

• Develop and execute the transition-in plan
• Coordinate with Government, incumbent.
• Track transition risks and milestones.
• Manage knowledge capture.
• Validate GFE/GFI and asset baselines.
• Establish Day 1 staffing posture.
• Oversee transition reporting.
• Prepare transition-out artifacts and processes for future contract closeout.

• Eight (8) years relevant experience, including at least five (5) years supporting IT contract transitions or incumbent takeovers.
• Experience leading complex IT transitions.
• Knowledge of service desk/NOSC, ITSM, cyber, asset management, and cloud transition activities.
• Knowledge and understanding of DoD 8140 requirements.
• Ability to manage multi-company transition teams.
• Strong documentation, schedule, and risk-management skills.

Certifications

• 8140 Aligned IT Operations role.
• BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.

• Security X/ CASP+
• DAWIA PM Practitioner
• GSEC

Target salary range: $160,000 - $$205,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.
