Our client, a leading global retailer, is seeking a Store Designer to support the development of innovative, brand-focused retail environments across North America. This role will translate design concepts into store-specific solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging customer experiences while maintaining design consistency and operational requirements. Location: Columbus, OH (hybrid) Duration: August 3rd, 2026 - Oct 30th, 2026 (w/ potential for extension) Hours: 40 hours/week Pay Rate: $44/hr Recruiter: Sarah Responsibilities: Create floor plans, storefront elevations, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials. Develop and execute store design solutions that align with brand standards and business objectives. Review design and construction documents for accuracy and compliance. Partner with internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Present design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders across construction

Identify and resolve issues related to design execution, timelines, and project goals. Support new store concepts, prototype development, and ongoing retail initiatives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. 3-5 years of retail design experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BlueBeam. Experience with 3D modeling, rendering, and design presentations. Ability to read, create, and review architectural and construction drawings. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Background Previous retail rollout or large-scale retail design experience. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
