HRIS Consultant

Implement changes, enhancements, and configurations within Workday Recruiting.

Support Workday Learning initiatives and configuration activities.

Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

Participate in customer discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Provide functional and technical consulting across Workday modules.

Conduct demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Support solution design and continuous system improvements.

Around 3 years of experience working within the Workday ecosystem.

Strong experience with Workday Recruiting (preferred).

Experience with Workday Learning (preferred).

Experience configuring and implementing Workday solutions.

Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience working in international environments.

Fluent English (mandatory)., Please note that fluent English is mandatory for this position. Candidates without professional working proficiency in English and previous Workday experience will not be considered.
