Requirements
Previous experience in Communication & Change Management (both internal and/or external)
Knowledge and understanding of current communication and change management trends and related technology (e.g. digital and social media), and proven ability to apply that knowledge to client-focused solutions
Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and carry out well-defined assignments, according to established guidelines, with little to no supervision
Experience working in teams, and proven ability to leverage other internal resources (e.g. colleagues across different teams) to address challenges
Experience working with in-house designers, agencies or other creative partners to develop the âlook and feelâ of print and digital communications
Proven ability to analyse, organise and interpret information; and draw conclusions in a logical, systematic way
Availability to travel on an as-needed basis
Consulting experience (e.g. traditional HR consulting firms) is a bonus
Proven business development skills as role requires ability to help win new clients
