Role Expectations

Provide technical leadership for active Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
Support pre-sales activities, client presentations, and RFP responses.
Build reusable accelerators, demos, and IPs for the Dynamics practice.
Integrate and enhance UST Dynamics accelerators.
Develop AI-driven CRM demonstrations using Microsoft Copilot technologies.
Mentor development teams and establish architecture best practices.

Requirements

10+ years of overall experience in CRM/Enterprise Applications.
Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect.
Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with the ability to design enterprise-scale solutions.
