Job description

Our client is a well-established, mission-driven organisation and they are seeking an experienced Salesforce System Administrator to manage and enhance their Salesforce ecosystem as part of an exciting digital transformation initiative.

In this role, you’ll administer their Salesforce environment, optimise platform performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support business objectives. You’ll play a key role in maintaining system integrity, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring users get the most value from our Salesforce investment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced, Agile environment., * Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, object management, dashboards, reports, flows, automation, and configuration.

  • Manage the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) environment, including system audits, release management, and deployment cycles.
  • Provide administration and support for the FinDock application, ensuring accurate financial data management and seamless platform integration.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise enhancements, and manage the Salesforce development backlog.
  • Support evaluation, configuration, testing, and release of new platform functionality.
  • Maintain core platform capabilities including data management, integrations, case management, knowledge management, and user access.
  • Create and maintain Trailhead learning resources and Trailmixes to improve user adoption and capability.
  • Resolve Salesforce support requests through Jira Service Desk and provide ongoing end-user support.
  • Contribute to Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the technology team.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-211 or equivalent).
  • 4+ years proven experience administering Salesforce Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud (NPC), Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), and Experience Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience administering FinDock.
  • Experience managing Salesforce release cycles and formal release management processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce automation, configuration, reporting, and data management.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

Desired

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADX-211E or equivalent).
  • Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), including Identity Resolution, segmentation, personalisation, and activation.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with external Salesforce implementation partners.

  • Salary: £52k per annum
  • Location: Hybrid - London
  • Working Pattern: 35 hours per week with a minimum average of 2 days per month in the London office (subject to business and team requirements)
