Air and Ocean Billing Specialist-Data Entry Level

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients/customers in a timely manner
• Review billing data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Work closely with the sales, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure correct billing information
• Maintain and update customer billing records and files
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
• Respond to billing inquiries from customers and internal staff
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Excellent communication skills in English (reading and writing)
• Authorized to work in the US
• 1 year billing experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• AA degree or Hire
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong math skills, * Associate (Required)
