As an Analytics Engineer you will have the opportunity to touch on those areas daily. If this is you, we would love to hear from you!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

Facilitate the assigned customer onboarding process and then serve as the customers’ primary point of contact learning the individual players and their roles.

Develop an understanding of the customers’ expectations for the agreement, their level of expertise, and how that client would like their information to be disseminated.

Lead customer training in the use of the different software tools required for good communication and use of Gardiner resources.

Develop an understanding of each assigned client’s building systems, existing conditions and the priorities this customer desires of our system interaction.

Utilize the Gardiner tools provided to generate the required reporting documents.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to stakeholders, which can influence policy and decision-making processes.

Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and various dashboard tools to make the data understandable at a glance.

Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner, escalating within Gardiner as needed to ensure a positive solution.

Work with field technicians remotely or on site to troubleshoot existing HVAC system conditions for resolution.
Requirements
-
Basic understanding of HVAC systems operation, sequences, terms and interactions in simple and complex applications. Experience in Mechanical Systems or Construction environment is preferred.

Competent use of various common software, including Microsoft Suite Tools.

Experienced in leading customer meetings and ensuring customer success by resolving issues and collaborating effectively with internal departments

Success in data analysis demands a blend of technical skills (data cleaning and statistical analysis) and soft skills (critical thinking and communication).

Basic understanding in the use of data analytics tools of various types; including Microsoft Power Query and Power BI.

Basic understanding of Building Automation Systems such as Niagara N4, Distech, JCI FX, etc. based tools for system setup and graphics development.

Basic knowledge of IoT connection protocols and the ability to troubleshoot connectivity problems

Ability to work in a team environment, sharing skill sets and asking for help when needed to learn from fellow team members.
