Job description
Right Click is seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to serve as a higher-level technical resource and escalation point for clients. This role requires strong mid-level technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction., * Provide Level 2 and 3 support including advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ownership of problem tickets
- Support and administer RMM, PSA, documentation, security, backup, password vault, and endpoint protection tools in a multi-client MSP environment
- Manage identity, endpoint, email, and network security, including phishing response, account compromise investigations, and incident escalation
- Support Microsoft 365 in multi-tenant environments including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, MFA, Conditional Access, and audit logs
- Provide Windows endpoint and server support including Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity concepts
- Perform networking support and troubleshooting including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks across Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, and Aruba environments
- Support virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
- Follow formal change management processes including risk assessment, implementation planning, rollback procedures, and documentation
- Provide foundational support for VoIP and unified communications platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and RingCentral
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience
- Minimum 2 years in an MSP environment
- Strong troubleshooting and client service skills
- Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Active Directory, networking, and VoIP
- Microsoft certifications strongly preferred

Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
