IT Field Support Technician II

1. 5+ years of IT support experience (field or distributed environments preferred)\n
2. Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy\n
3. Solid networking fundamentals (VLANs, VPN, switches, TCP/IP)\n
4. Experience with Intune or enterprise endpoint management\n
5. HCSS experience strongly preferred\n
6. CompTIA A+ and Network+ required\n
7. Construction or field operations experience is a big plus\n
8. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites\n
