Job description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled and proactive Platform Operations Specialist to join our team, providing expert-level support for Atlassian Cloud products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. In this role, you will ensure the availability, performance, and continuous improvement of our Atlassian Cloud environment, while supporting internal teams and driving operational excellence.

Requirements

Proficiency in administering Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).

  • Strong understanding of Atlassian automation, workflow schemes, permission schemes, and project configurations.

  • Experience supporting platform integrations and APIs (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Insight, REST APIs).

  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and incident management skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Light Coding experience
