Job description

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Technician to provide onsite IT support in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows desktops, imaging, Active Directory, printers, hardware, and basic networking while delivering excellent customer service., * Windows Server (2008-2019)

  • UPS Monitoring
  • Cable Management, * Provide onsite desktop and technical support.
  • Install, configure, image, and deploy desktops and laptops.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
  • Support Active Directory administration.
  • Perform routine maintenance, software installations, and Windows updates.
  • Assist with server support and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Maintain documentation and follow IT best practices.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users.
