Job description
The client is seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to lead organizational change efforts for a large-scale Tax Modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption to ensure the successful implementation of enterprise technology solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and adoption surveys.
- Create and implement communication plans and change engagement activities.
- Develop training strategies, learning materials, job aids, and user documentation.
- Partner with project teams, PMO, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Coach leadership and project managers on change management best practices.
- Track change adoption metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
- Support enterprise and cloud-based system implementations.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide technology or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and training experience.
- Experience supporting large enterprise or cloud-based system implementations.
- Knowledge of HR business processes and enterprise information systems.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Articulate or similar e-learning tools.
- Experience coaching project managers and leadership teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills., * Prosci, SHRM, or equivalent Change Management certification.
- Experience within government, public sector, or large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with ADKAR, Kotter, or other structured Change Management methodologies., * Organizational Change Management (OCM)
