IT Change Manager

The client is seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to lead organizational change efforts for a large-scale Tax Modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption to ensure the successful implementation of enterprise technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and adoption surveys.
• Create and implement communication plans and change engagement activities.
• Develop training strategies, learning materials, job aids, and user documentation.
• Partner with project teams, PMO, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Coach leadership and project managers on change management best practices.
• Track change adoption metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
• Support enterprise and cloud-based system implementations.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and training experience.
• Experience supporting large enterprise or cloud-based system implementations.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and enterprise information systems.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Articulate or similar e-learning tools.
• Experience coaching project managers and leadership teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills., * Prosci, SHRM, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• Experience within government, public sector, or large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with ADKAR, Kotter, or other structured Change Management methodologies., * Organizational Change Management (OCM)
