Job description

  • Design and implement innovative solutions that align with client needs and industry standards.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment. Prepare Config design documents, Functional designs and develop Test scripts for Integration & User Acceptance testing Continuously assess and improve solution delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Experience with Service Contracts and Service to Cash processes * Proficiency in Asset Warranty & Warranty Claims

  • Expertise in Loaners/Rental Assets processing
  • Familiarity with Installed Base functionality
  • Solid understanding of PM Technical Objects and Maintenance Processing
  • Cross-functional experience with SD, PS, FI, and PP modules
  • Integration experience with Client Dynamics or other CRM/Field Service apps
