Assess current processes, workflows, tools, and knowledge management practices and identify system agnostic automation opportunities.

Gather requirements and develop project artifacts such as workflows, use cases, and process changes.

Conduct stakeholder interactions and engagement activities including root cause analysis, solution demonstrations, et c.
-
Develop and maintain automation roadmaps including prioritization , business value assessments, and alignment with federal compliance, security, and accessibility standards.
-
Lead the design, build, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation solutions.
-
Define and track performance measures for automation solutions and conduct leadership briefs on performance to demonstrate return on investment (ROI).
-
Identify gaps, risks, or dependencies and elevate them as appropriate .
-
Lead the establishment of governance, training, and documentation of automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate and align related workstreams.
- Summarize key information and produce briefing materials as an individual contributor.
Salary Range: $160,000 - $195,000
Requirements
-
US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability (EOD) .
-
Active TS security clearance and SCI eligible.
-
On-site 1-4 days per week in Arlington, VA.
-
Bachelor’s degree with 1 0 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field.
-
E xperience in process automation, systems integration, and workflow optimization leveraging automation technologies and tools, e.g., Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms, workflow automation tools, and knowledge management systems, e.g., SharePoint .
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical.

Ability to think critically and develop short- and long-term automation strategies.
-
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Desired Skills
-
Experience automating workflows in support of cyber incident response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, or operational coordination environments.

Experience designing and implementing automation solutions that comply with federal security requirements (e.g., NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP), including secure access controls, auditability, and data protection in sensitive operational environments.
-
Experience integrating or automating workflows across federal mission platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform), including workflow-driven coordination, approvals, reporting, and system-to-system integrations in operational environments.

Ability to take initiative as a self-starter , a sk clarifying questions, and take directions.

Federal Consulting Experience in a fast-paced matrixed environment.

Experience in supporting or coordinating projects in any domain.

Ability to coordinate multiple project efforts with competing priorities.
