  • Be an early applicant, * Eigenständige Analyse und Bearbeitung von Support-Tickets im SAP-HCM-Umfeld
  • Koordination und Priorisierung eingehender Anfragen sowie gezielte Verteilung der Tickets innerhalb des Teams entsprechend der fachlichen Expertise
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg*innen in Support-Prozesse und SAP-HCM-Themen
  • Perspektivischer Aufbau und fachliche Führung eines kleinen Support-Teams

Requirements

  • Fundierte Praxiserfahrung im SAP-HCM-Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung mit Fokus auf Support-Tätigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft, Wissen weiterzugeben und eine Mentorenrolle zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
