Job description

Lead Java development projects and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.
Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.
Manage Kubernetes deployments and CI/CD processes.
Coach and mentor junior and medior developers.
Establish engineering practices covering code quality, testing, CI/CD and technical standards.
Optimise application performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical architecture and delivery.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Transversal Architect with strong Java/Angular expertise to lead development initiatives and coach development teams., * Master’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering.

10+ years of Java/Angular development experience.
Minimum 5 years of Tech Lead experience.
Recent experience in engineering practices and developer coaching/mentoring.
Strong knowledge of Java, Angular, Spring Boot, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD and GitLab.
Native/bilingual proficiency in French or Dutch and professional English.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and modern software architecture.
