Specialist - Cloud Engineering

Seeking a Specialist with 5+ years of experience in Active Directory to support and manage commercial directory services within customer support operations This is a federal project Only US valid passport holders are eligible for this role, * Manage and maintain Active Directory environments ensuring high availability and security

• Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for directory services issues
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement directory service enhancements
• Monitor directory services performance and optimize infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices related to directory services Support Windowsbased commercial directory services in a customer support operations context Document processes configurations and changes related to Active Directory Assist in planning and executing directory services upgrades and migrations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Active Directory within the Customer Support Operations team
• Respond promptly to customer and internal queries related to directory services
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring Active Directory issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce access controls and permissions
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members on Active Directory best practices
• Participate in oncall rotations to ensure 247 directory services support
• Liaise with vendors and thirdparty service providers for directory service tools and support
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to directory service processes and tools
