Job description

Lead two cross-functional, globally distributed agile software development teams
Drive agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the wider Agile Master community
Coach teams in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and agile best practices
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives and workshops
Identify, manage and remove impediments to ensure smooth project delivery
Foster collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement across teams
Work closely with Product Owners to support team development and people leadership
Promote ownership, accountability and a high-performance team culture
Help deliver innovative software products aligned with business objectives

Requirements

Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a software development background who enjoys coaching teams, driving agile transformation, and delivering high-quality software?, * Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Scrum Master within large-scale software development environments
Previous hands-on experience as a Software Developer
Strong knowledge of agile frameworks including: *
Scrum
SAFe
Kanban
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Fluent German and English (both essential)
