- Design and facilitate retrospectives, team workshops, and cross-functional alignment formats across Development and selected other teams.
- Coach Product roles, and team members in pragmatic agile practices, self-organization, effective collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support selected organizational development and scaling initiatives by contributing facilitation, methodological expertise, and a team-effectiveness perspective when needed.

- Develop and maintain lightweight, reusable formats, templates, and working agreements that support effective collaboration as the organization scales rapidly., * Strengthen our Development delivery system: Establish and further develop clear, effective, and consistently applied sprint routines across the relevant Development teams, including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement follow-ups.
- Increase team effectiveness: Help Development teams identify and address their most relevant impediments, resulting in clearer ownership, more reliable collaboration across scaling intercepts, and fewer recurring process-related blockers.
- Extend effective collaboration practices beyond Development: Design and facilitate selected retrospectives and improvement workshops for teams such as Operations, Marketing, and cross-functional teams or projects, adapting pragmatic methods to their specific context.
- Improve cross-functional collaboration: Identify recurring friction at interfaces between Development, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functions, and support stakeholders in implementing concrete improvements.
- Build sustainable internal capabilities & skills: Enable Leads and teams to facilitate selected routines themselves by providing practical formats, coaching, facilitation guidance, and reusable workshop templates.
Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of agile principles and frameworks, particularly Scrum
- Proven ability to facilitate sprint events, retrospectives, team workshops, and cross-functional working sessions in a distributed and international setting.
- Strong methodological toolkit for retrospectives, process improvement, conflict management, team development, root-cause analysis, and collaborative decision-making.
- Experience supporting software or digital product-development teams.
- Fundamental understanding of software-development processes, product discovery, release workflows, quality assurance, and technical dependencies.
- Ability to assess team and process effectiveness using both qualitative observations and relevant delivery or workflow data.

Your Soft Skills
- Pragmatic and hands-on agility: You do not apply frameworks dogmatically. You understand their principles and adapt practices thoughtfully to the problem, team, and context.

- Low ego and high credibility: You build trust through ownership, consistency, competence, and useful interventions rather than through formal authority.
- Clarity and follow-through: You turn complex discussions into clear decisions, ownership, and actionable next steps-and ensure they are followed through.
- Adaptability and resilience: You can operate effectively in a fast-growing environment in which structures, priorities, and team constellations continue to grow quickly.
- Context sensitivity: You understand that a Development team, an Operations team, and a Marketing team require different working practices., * At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Master, Agile or Team Coach, or in a comparable role.

- Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating retrospectives, workshops, and improvement processes independently in a remote setting.
- Practical experience working with several stakeholder groups, ideally including Development / Engineering, Product, and Operations.
