Job description
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst & Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources Division. This dual-role position combines HR systems expertise with high-level administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations and executive support., · Support HRIS systems, including performance management tools, data integrity, and issue resolution
- Generate HR reports and analytics (turnover, diversity, attendance, performance metrics)
- Maintain HR databases, SharePoint, employee records, and organizational charts
- Conduct audits of HR processes, payroll-related data, and compliance reporting
- Identify trends and insights to support HR decision-making
- Assist with DEI reporting and employee recognition programs
- Provide executive administrative support to the HR Division Chief, including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership use
- Maintain confidential HR files, benefits records, and training compliance documentation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Confidential information handling?, Experience with HRIS systems, HR operations, and data reporting preferred. Strong skills in Excel, organization, communication, and confidentiality required. Ability to manage both analytical and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
